OUR BELIEFS

We believe in the one true God who reveals Himself as

the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

 

We believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord.

 

We believe in the Bible which reveals the Word of God.

 

We believe in salvation from sin.

 

We believe in eternal life.

 

We believe in the Christian Church as the community of

faith including all who accept Christ as Lord.

 

We believe in in the Sacraments of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper offered openly to all Christians.

 

We believe in the worship of God, both public and private.

 

We believe in the Christian life expressed as love for,

and service to, humanity.

 

We believe in evangelism:  the continuing effort to turn

others to Christ through the proclamation of the

Gospel of Jesus Christ.

 

We believe in mission:  to offer the hand of friendship,

service and help to all people in the name of our Lord.

 

We believe that all persons are subjects of the saving

grace of Jesus Christ.
